This little guy was my first sitter for 2016. It always amazes me how much these babes change from newborn until the sitting stage. He was so full of personality and charm… and oh that fluffy hair was simply awesome!
The holidays are finally here. Time for family, friends and a lot of love! I have been waiting for this session for a really long time. Little miss is finally one and did we have a gorgeous day for making memories. This family is so beautiful and we lucked out with a mild day even with a bit of snow.
Spunky, energetic, full of giggles and simply adorable. I have seen this little lady since birth. Oh, how the time sure flies. “Spunky” is actually her nick name. I think is is very fitting. This girl would brighten anyone’s day.
I have been able to photograph this family since the beginning of my business. They started with me when the oldest was just one year old. They are lifers and I love it. I went to a beach in racine for this session. Upon arrival I noticed heavy fog rolling in. I was a bit worried since this wasn’t a normal looking day or what I was picturing in my head for a beach shoot. Then I got to thinking “Lets just roll with it… I am up for something different anyways”. The kids could of cared less of the conditions. They were just kids being kids running and falling down in the soft sand and exploring all the things this location had to offer. The results turned out amazing. I love the softness and simplicity of the images. The focus is on what really matters the most. That is that this family came together as one and captured this time in their lives that will someday be old memories. I know they will find joy in reflecting back on these photographs.
I cannot believe another one of my Baby Collection Members is one year old. It doesn’t seem possible that time can go this fast. He was a joy to photograph this past year and I am so happy we did some family photos with mom and dad. Relationship images are some of my favorite.
